摘要 目的调查年轻护士一般自我效能感状况,探讨管理和培养对策。方法采用问卷调查法对参加工作3年内的93名年轻护士进行调查。结果调查对象的一般自我效能感得分为(2.41±0.43)分,低于量表常模(2.86分)和护士群体得分(2.69±0.58分);调查对象的一般自我效能感得分与年龄、护龄无关,与学历呈负相关,即大专学历护士一般自我效能感得分高于本科学历护士(P<0.01)。结论在护理工作中,管理者应重视并提高大专护士的一般自我效能感,积极采取各种措施帮助年轻护士提高自我效能感。 Objective To investigate young nurses' general self-efficacy(SE) and explore the management and training measures. Methods A total of 93 young nurses working for within 3 years were surveyed by a questionnaire. Results The SE score of the nurses was(2.41 ± 0.43), lower than scale norm(2.86) and nursing group(2.69±0.58). The SE-related factors were irrelevant to age and nursing length, but negatively correlated to educational background. The nurses with associate degree usually had higher scores than those of undergraduate nurses(P〈0.01). Conclusion The nursing managers should attach importance to improving general SE of nurses of associate degree with all possible countermeasures.
