舌颌颈联合根治舌癌即时下肢肌皮瓣移植修复患者的护理

Postoperative Nursing of Radical Surgery on Tongue Cancer and Prothesis of Lower Limb Skin Flap after Transplantation

目的总结舌颌颈联合根治舌癌即时下肢肌皮瓣移植修复的护理经验,以期提高舌癌患者治愈率。方法对21例舌癌舌颌颈联合根治即时下肢肌皮瓣移植修复患者术前、术后的护理要点进行回顾性分析。结果舌癌舌颌颈联合根治即时下肢肌皮瓣移植修复成功率为90.5%。通过温暖情感支持式个体化心理护理及术前术后各项护理,患者心理状态稳定,移植皮瓣复活良好,舌功能恢复良好。结论对舌癌根治即时下肢肌皮瓣移植修复患者进行早期心理干预及移植皮瓣的严密观察和护理,能提高移植皮瓣存活率。

Objective To summarize the nursing experience of radical surgery on tongue cancer and prothesis of lower limb skin flap after transplantation, and to increase the cure rate of tongue cancer. Methods Clinical previous and postoperative nursing of twenty-one cases of radical surgery on tongue cancer and prothesis of lower limb skin flap after transplantation were respectively analyzed. Results The success rate of the surgeries was 90. 5 percent. By means of individual nursing with warmheartedly supportive care, the patients maintained a stable psychological state. The recovery of skin flap after transplantation was perfect, and the tongue function acquired favorably. Conclusion Earlier mental intervention to patient with radical surgery on tongue cancer and prothesis of lower limb skin flap after transplantation combined with close observation and care on recovery of skin flap could improve survival rate of skin flap after transplantation.
