摘要
为达到教育部"将护理本科生培养为能在护理领域内从事临床护理、预防保健、护理管理、护理教学和护理科研的高级专门人才"这一教学目标,运用目标教学法、导师制、情感智力感染法和教学双向评价法,对护理本科生临床实习模式进行改革和尝试,建立护理本科生临床综合能力培养模式。该模式使护理本科生形成正确的职业观、高情感智力、科研能力,使其成为全面发展的应用型技术人才;同时,该模式可以激发本科生对护理专业的热爱,促进其深入理解整体护理内涵、提高护患沟通能力;培养教员的临床教育和管理能力,调动了带教教员积极性,提高了临床教学成效。
To achieve the educational goal of the Education Ministry"fostering baccalaureate nursing student into advanced specialists in the area of clinical nursing, prevention and health improvement,nursing management, nursing education and nursing research", the mode of baccalaureate nursing students' clinical practice was innovated in order to build up the fostering mode of comprehensive abilities with the methods of target orienting education, tutoring system, emotion and intelligence influencing,and bilateral assessment of teaching and learning as well. The fostering mode of comprehensive abilities can help establish nursing students to form the correct professional value, higher emotional intelligence,improved researching ability so as to become practical technological talents. The mode can stimulate the professional enthusiasm of baccalaureate nursing students, encourage them to understand the connotation of holistic nursing, promote the communication, education and management abilities,improve the clinical teachers' capability of clinical education and administration and enhance effectiveness of clinical education.
