摘要
本文从信息传播视角分析软权力的生成机制,认为软权力是一种由信息所承载的文化力,它是由主体对文化软资源进行施动,通过信息传播链条,被客体吸纳的力量。这种吸纳既包括通过吸引和涵化达成,也包括通过信息软威慑而取得的传播效果,未被吸纳的文化软资源不能产生软权力。
From the perspective of communication, this paper analyzes the formation mechanism of soft power which, from the author's point of view, is the power of culture mediated by information. This paper puts forward a communication pattern which consists of the process of cultural resources being driven by the subject, then absorbed by the object via information communication. The author argues that the absorbing process will not only be facilitated by attraction and acculturation, but will also be fortified by soft deterrence of information, and that cultural resources which haven't been absorbed do not generate soft power.
