摘要
采用电喷雾离子阱质谱技术,在正离子检测模式下对化合物莫那可林J的质谱裂解规律(MS1~MS6)进行研究。试验发现:该化合物由于其结构的特征,主要通过失去H2O、CH3COOH或多烯烃离子CnH2n(n=1~5)形成各碎片峰;其中通过氢迁移和逆DA反应使B、C环裂解形成众多小分子碎片(相对分子质量小于200),体现了烯烃和环烯烃的质谱裂解特征。这些规律为莫那可林J及其他他汀类化合物的构效关系研究提供了参考数据。
The sextuple mass spectrum(MSI-MS6) of Monacolin J was studied in positive mode by electrospray ionization trap mass spectrometry. It can be inferred that most fragments are formed by loss of H2O, CH3COOH or polyene hydrocarbon ions CnH2n(n=l-5). Some of smaller fragments (molecular weight 〈 200) are obtained by hydrogen-immigration and Retro Diels-Alder reaction, which present the mass spectrum split characterization of alkenes and cycloolefin. These mass spectrum rules can provide reference date for the structure-function relationship study of Monacolin J and other statins.
