摘要
结合纺织厂筒并捻车间信息化建设的现状和需求,借助企业内部局域网构建了系统的网络拓扑结构,利用计算机网络技术、串口通信技术、数据库技术,实现了系统的功能模块和数据库的设计,介绍了系统的主要管理功能、数据采集技术,并对系统后台数据库设计和系统实现过程中的关键技术进行了阐述。该系统实现了筒并捻车间生产管理的网络化,促进了纺织企业生产信息化的发展。
Combined with the status and need of information construction in winding and twisting workshop, Network topology of monitoring system is build by means of the enterprise＇s internal LAN. Used computer network technology, serial communication technology, database technology, system modules and database design is achieved. It is introduced that are the main management function, data collection technology, and analyzed backend database design and the critical technology during the system process. This system realizes the networking of production management in winding and twisting workshop, which promotes the development of production information in textile enterprises.
