On the Corporate Governance Models of Family Business in China

家族企业是中国目前最重要的经济组织体之一,它的内部治理在发展的不同阶段会进行调整,总体向着"从人治到法治"的方向过渡,但产权不清、个人权力控制及侵害小股东利益的问题时有存在,应在法律的框架内改善这些现状,促进家族企业更好地发展。

Family business is the most important economic organization recently in China. Its corporate governance will be changed in different stages and finally achieve ＂from the rule of man to the rule of law＂. But some problems are still here such as unclear proporty rights, personal dictatorship and threating the interests of minority shareholders. In order to promote the family business, some measures in law should be used.
