进入大学阶段,个体的生理已渐趋成熟,但是在心理上,由于经验的缺乏、社会知识的不足以及环境的变化,决定了这个时期个体的心理会有诸多问题产生。尤其是环境对大学生心理有着重要的影响。环境中的矛盾与冲突时时影响着人的心理,当大学生无法进行很好的自我调节时,就会产生不良的情绪,进而产生消极心理。社会文化因素、家庭环境、校园内部环境、人际交往环境、网络环境等都会对大学生消极心理的产生有重要的影响。

All of above reasons determine that the individual has a lot of psychological problems during this period. Particularly, the environment has an important psychological impact. The contradiction between environment and conflict always affects people psychologically, when the college students not have to be very good self-regulation, it will have a negative psychological. Social and cultural factors, family envirnoment, the internal campus envirnoment, interpersonal environment, network envirnoment, etc. Students will have a negative psychology has an important impact.
