当前农村民主管理中出现的问题及对策研究——以扬中市为例

A study of problems of democratic management and countermeasures in rural areas

以扬中市农村民主管理工作为例,分析了农村民主政治建设所取得的进步及存在的问题,针对村干部队伍的不稳定性、民主管理的经济依赖性、民主认识的狭隘性等问题提出相应的解决对策。

Taking the democratic management in Yangzhong rural areas as an example, the thesis analyzes the progress and existing problems in rural democratic and political construction. It puts forward relevant countermeasures against the problems of the unsteady cadre team, economic dependence in democratic management and parochialism in democratic awareness.
