The teaching affairs files are an important part of colleges＇ files and have great significance in construction and development of colleges. The existing problems should be solved according to the ehanges of the present situation and tasks so that the construction of the teaching affairs files can perform a better service for the teaching management at colleges. Management of teaching affair files should be legalized and informationized and application of the files should be socialized and personnel should be specialized.
