高职酒店管理专业实践课程教学中出现的问题与对策

On countermeasures against the problems in practical teaching of hotel management in higher vocational college

酒店管理专业实践课程教学顺应酒店企业对人才的要求而普遍得到高职院校的重视。针对学生在实践课程中出现的兴趣不高、信心不足、习惯动作代替规范操作、注重整体而忽略细节等问题,采取相应的对策,从而达到酒店企业对技艺技能应用型人才的要求。

Most of the higher vocational colleges attach great importance to the practical teaching of higher vocational hotel management in order to train and develop the students required by the hotel enterprises. But many problems appear during the students＇ practice in the practical teaching course;such as lack of interest, inadequate confidence, habitual actions rather than standard operation, etc. Proper countermeasures should be taken to meet the requirements of hotel enterprises of high-skilled and handy talents.
