急诊微创经皮锁定钢板治疗胫骨远端骨折

摘要 近年来,采用微创经皮钢板骨桥接术(minimally invasive percutaneous plate osteosynthesis,MIPPO)治疗胫骨远端骨折取得良好临床效果。笔者在2005年7月至2007年11月急诊应用微创经皮钢板骨桥接术治疗胫骨远端骨折,取得良好效果。现报道如下。
