摘要
目的检测嗜铬颗粒素A(CgA)和β-内啡肽(β-EP)在大鼠睾丸的表达。方法用免疫组织化学SABC法、邻片单染双标法进行染色检测。结果CgA与β-EP免疫反应(I mmunoreactive,IR)阳性产物呈棕黄色细颗粒状,主要分布于大鼠生精小管周围的睾丸间质细胞内,邻片单染双标法显示CgA-IR细胞与β-EP-IR细胞定位基本一致。结论大鼠睾丸间质细胞有CgA和β-EP表达,提示睾丸具有复杂的分泌功能。
Objective To study the expression of chromogranin A（CgA） and β-endrophin（β-EP） in rats testis. Methods The testis from 55 rats was collected and the expression of CgA and β-EP was observed using immunohistochemical SABC and immunohistochemical double-staining methods. Result The interstitial cells in the testis showed immunoreactivity of CgA and β-EP, both of which located in the interstitial cells. Conclusion The testis interstitial cells could express CgA and β-EP, suggesting complicated function of secretion in rats testis.
