摘要
为了改善钛合金的切削性能,提高切削刀具的耐用度,应用切削实验研究了航空用钛合金TC4的切削过程,分析了切屑的微观形态,同时对刀具的磨损形式进行了分析。结果显示:切削TC4钛合金的切屑为典型的锯齿状切屑,刀具的磨损形式主要是粘结与扩散磨损、氧化磨损以及剥落与崩刃。
In order to improve the cutting capability of Titanium alloy and enhance the durability of cutting tools, the cutting process of aeronautical TC4 alloy is studied through experiments. Then chip micromorphology and the form of tool wear are analyzed. The results indicate that the chip of cutting TC4 is the typical serrated chip, and the main types of tool wear are adhesion and diffusion wear, oxidation wear, flaking and tipping.
