过程能力在推进剂生产过程中的应用研究

Application of Process Ability in Production of Propellant

在推进剂生产过程中引入过程能力,对批产的推进剂燃速进行了过程能力指数计算和控制图分析,并采取了相应的提高过程能力的技术措施。结果表明,采用过程能力方法可进一步提高推进剂的生产能力与质量,可对推进剂生产系统的能力和质量控制进行量化考核,过程能力对推进剂生产系统的指导与考核是有效的。

Process ability is introduced into the production of propellant. Process ability index is calculated and control chart is analyzed for the burning rate of propellant. Means are adopted to increase the process ability. The results show that the process ability method can increase the producing ability and quality of propellant by comprehensive quantitative check.
