摘要
为了达到铝合金细长杆、薄壁筒的加工精度要求,通过认真分析产品结构与加工试验,合理选择了工艺路线与工艺切削参数,采取了一系列控制装夹变形和切削热变形的工艺措施,获得了良好的加工质量和加工效果。
To achieve the machining accuracy requirements of aluminium alloy slender rod and thin-walled cylinder, product structure is analyzed and experiments are conducted. Good processing quality and effect are obtained by reasonable process route, cutting parameters, and process measures controlling clamping deformation and cutting thermal deformation.
