南京市六合北部山丘区多水源优化配置

摘要 通过对六合北部山丘区的水资源特点、开发利用现状和存在问题分析,基于生活用水、生产用水和生态用水的不同要求和用水特点,按照水资源配置基本用水优先原则、公平性原则、可持续性原则和效率与效益原则,确定供水、用水的优先次序,采用蓄、引、提"长藤结瓜"式供水系统,进行六合北部山丘区多用户、多水源的优化配置。充分利用当地径流,进一步优化塘坝布局,1536座灌溉塘坝、26座小(Ⅰ)型水库、25座小(Ⅱ)型水库分片包干,4座中型水库与小型水库联合运行,骨干河网作为虚拟"水库",利用现有的补水线与中型水库联合调度,利用红山窑、新禹河等水利枢纽工程调引长江水满足不同设计保证率的用水。 The paper analyses of the characteristics, utilization actuality and problems of the water resource of Luhe district. Based on the different demand and feature of water demand of life, production and entironment; according to the principle of basic water use first, justice, sustainable and benefit of water resource collocation, the paper ascertains the water supply and utilization priority. By adopting banking, leading and lifting "long rattan ties melon" style waterworks, the paper proceeds optimal water resource collocation for Luhe hilly area, which has multi-user and multi-water-source. The optimization makes the most of the local runoff and further more optimizes layout of the pools and dams. 1536 seats irrigation pool dams, 26 seats small Ⅰ type reservoirs and 25 seats small Ⅱ type reservoirs are divided up into pieces and assigned responsibility; 4 seats mid-type reservoirs run in conjunction with small type reservoirs; diaphysis river network are regarded as virtual "reservoir", joint operated with mid-type reservoirs by making use of the existing water replenishing way. Lifting Yangtse River through Hongshanyao and Xinyuhe hydro-junction engineering transports satisfies the lacking of water of different water satisfaction factor of assurance.
