摘要
基于可变模糊集理论提出一种灌溉水水质评价可变模糊评价法,该方法集成理论的严谨性及操作的简捷性于一体,善于处理评价标准为区间的问题,是传统模糊评判理论的延伸。实例应用结果表明,该方法进行灌溉水水质评价结果可信度高,灵活性强,为多因素复杂评价问题提供了一条新途径。
This paper presents a variable fuzzy assessment method for irrigation water quality evaluation, the presented method based on variable fuzzy sets theory, which is gathered in the integral whole that the preciseness of theory and operability in practice, with a typical feature of tackling the interval seale criterion. It is an improvement of traditional fuzzy recognition. The results show that the technique are highly appropriate for irrigation water quality evaluation, and can be very useful for the management and decisionmaking. The evaluation approaeh is flexibility, the results are reliability, and the performance of the operation is effectively. It provides a new way for complex problems with quantitative factors.
