This paper has introduced the methods for free - getting database from Internet to readers in universities and colleges from the library in their own school, the professional information organization, the subject information section, the national scientifically book and documentary center and other universities and colleges＇libraries, and it is still providing some web - sites for the database in common and retrieval range for free. 8 Refs.
