金融危机背景下高职毕业生就业对策探析

On the Present Employment Situation of Vocational College Students and Countermeasures Under the Financial Crisis

随着全球性金融危机的蔓延,近年来,我国高职毕业生的就业问题日益凸显,在一定程度上成为关系到高等职业教育的改革和发展、影响高职院校与社会的关系以及社会安定的综合性问题。为此,本文揭示了在金融危机的背景下高职毕业生就业中存在的问题,提出了高职毕业生就业的新对策。

Along with the financial crisis , graduate employment problem in the vocational colleges presents clearly in recent years, it turns into a kind of universal social phenomena in the certain degree, becomes the integrative problem to concern the reform and development of higher vocational education, impact the relationship between colleges of higher vocational education and society,influnee social stability. Considering these, this paper points out the current employment problems of the vocational colleges and puts forward some countermeasures under the new situation.
