A Prelimilary Study on Humanity-oriented Management for Education Administration in Institutions of Higher Learning

在现代管理模式日益专业化的今天,高校教务管理必须改革传统的机械式管理方法,引入以人为本的管理理念,重视与强调师生在教务管理工作中的核心地位。鉴于多因素的影响,在教务管理工作中普遍存在着人本管理缺位的现象,对此应采取一系列应对措施来强化人本管理理念在教务管理工作中的地位和作用,真正实现教务管理体制的人性化服务。

With the growing professionalization of modern management mode, traditional mechanical-style management methods of educational administration in institutions of higher learning must be reformed., introduction of humanity-oriented management concept and emphasis the central position of teachers and students in educational administration. In view of many factors lack of humanity-oriented management is common in educational administration, a series of measures should be taken to strengthen status and role of the concept of humanity-oriented management to really achieve human services in educational administration management system.
