摘要
本研究使用教师工作倦怠量表对136位成人高校教师进行问卷调查,探讨成人高校教师工作倦怠问题。结果发现,成人高校教师工作倦怠高于普通高校教师;男教师工作倦怠水平高于女教师;31-40岁的教师,硕士学历教师,副教授职称教师工作倦怠最高,并据此提出一些预防及应对工作倦怠的策略。
This paper investigates 136 teachers of adult college making use of job-burnout scale to approach the problem of job -burnout among them. The result indicates that teachers in adult colleges are more likely to be bored by their works than the teachers in universities; the level of job-burnout happened with male teachers are higher than female teachers; teachers in the age of 31 to 40 who are being master degrees and associate professor titles suffers the highest job-burnout level. Based on above phenomenon, this paper offers some countermeasures preventing teachers from job-burnout.
