贸易顺差不断增大,国际形式促史中国必须大力发展IT产业。中国IT人才优于印度,但中国IT产业与印度比有很大的差距。政府只有加大对知识产权的保护力度,才能有利于产业的发展。只有加大投资,重新构建符合IT产业发展的"专业+公司"的人才培养模式,才能解决国内IT人才与IT产业的供需矛盾。

As the trade surplus grows, the necessity of the development of the IT industry in China is meeting the international requirement. China enjoys superiority in IT talent, but there is a great gap between China＇s IT industry than that of India. It is only under the government protection of intellectual property rights, it will be conducive for the development of the IT industry. The enlargement of investment and reconstruction of the ＂Profession ＋ Company＂ training mode is vital to solve the contradiction of the supply and demand of domestic IT talent to IT industry.
