Thinking process of legal terminology from relevance theory perspective

法律术语的翻译问题是法律翻译研究的核心和难点之一。各路学者对法律术语及其翻译问题从各个不同的角度分析和提出解决办法。然而到目前为止对法律术语的翻译研究大多关注具体术语间的对比和分析,而没有从系统的、理论的高度做出全面的分析和阐释。文章试图从关联理论及其翻译观对法律术语翻译问题做一个比较全面系统的理论阐述。

The translation of legal terminology is one of the cores and difficulties in the research on legal translation. Researchers have put forward solutions to the translation of legal terminology and their translation from various approaches. However, so far most researches on the translation of legal terminology have been focused on contrastive analysis of specific technical terms rather than an overall analysis and explanation from the systemic and theoretical perspective. This thesis aims to do an overall and systemic elaboration of the translation of legal terminology from the point of relevance theory and its translation view.
