结肠癌和直肠癌术后围化疗期患者胃肠外营养与自我效能水平的相关性研究

Correlation analysis on parenteral nutrition and self-efficiency level for patients in peri-chemotherapy period after colon and rectum cancer surgery

目的探讨结肠、直肠癌术后围化疗期患者胃肠外营养与自我效能水平的相关性。方法106例结肠癌和直肠癌术后围化疗期患者,根据临床分期及疗程分为观察组及对照组各53例;采用描述性研究,用健康促进策略量表进行自我效能水平测评,了解患者积极态度、减轻压力、做出决策的分值与胃肠外营养的关系。结果结肠、直肠癌术后围化疗期实行胃肠外营养患者的自我效能分高于对照组,自我效能总分及各维度得分均呈正相关。结论结肠、直肠癌术后围化疗期进行合理胃肠外营养,可以提高患者的自我效能水平。

Objective To study the correlation between parenteral nutrition and self--efficiency level for patients in peri --chemotherapy period after colon and rectum cancer surgery. Method Divide 106 patients in peri--chemotherapy period af- ter surgery into observation group and control group equally according to clinical stage and course. Study the relation be- tween patients＇ positive attitude, stress relieving, decision making score and parenteral nutrition by descriptive study. In- vestigate self--efficiency level by Health Improvement Strategy Scale. Result There is positive correlation between the total score of patients in peri--chemotherapy period after surgery and scores in each dimension. Conclusion Proper parenteral nu- trition in peri--chemotherapy period after surgery can improve patients＇ self--efficiency level.
