护理人员急性心肌梗死早期运动认知的调查与分析

Investigation and analysis on cognition of early activities in acute myocardial infarction for staff nurses

目的了解护理人员对急性心肌梗死患者早期运动的认知和实施状况。方法自行设计急性心肌梗死患者早期运动知识和实施状况调查表,对8家医院心内科及冠心病监护病房的93位护理人员进行问卷调查。结果护理人员对急性心肌梗死患者进行早期运动时机、益处、运动处方内涵等知识较缺乏,仅1家医院对急性心肌梗死患者实施早期康复运动。结论加强对护理人员的知识培训,提高对心肌梗死患者宜早期运动的认知水平。

Objective To study the status of cognition and implementation on early activities in acute myocardial infarc- tion for staff nurses. Method Investigate 93 nurses in department of cardiology and coronary care unit of 8 hospitals by self --designed questionnaire on knowledge of early activities in acute myocardial infarction and implementation status. Result Staff nurses lack the know.ledge on opportunity, profit and connotation of activity prescription of early activities in acute my- ocardial infarction. Only in one hospital, patients with acute myocardial infarction receive early rehabilitation activities. Condusion Enhancing professional knowledge training for staff nurses can improve their cognitive level on early activities of acute myocardial infarction.
