TDCS系统是我国铁路运输调度指挥系统现代化建设的标志,在运输能力已达到饱和的京包线大包段,本着最大限度减少对运输影响的原则,采取了模拟系统技术保障、施工标准化作业的利旧过渡技术手段,保证了TDCS系统利旧开通的一次性成功,避免了重复封锁,具有一定的指导意义。
