摘要 本文介绍了磁力显微镜的起源和基本原理,以及应用状况。尝试了用磁力显微镜观察铁镍合金和铁镍合金丝的纵截面磁畴结构,并比较了退火前后合金丝的磁畴结构的变化。分析了拉拔应力以及退火对铁镍合金磁织构的影响。 In this paper, the origin , fundamental principle and applications of magnetic force microscopy (MFM)was introduced for the observation of magnetic domain structures. The observation experiment of magnet domain of iron nickel alloy and wire by MFM was made, and the differences betwen magnet domain structure of alloy wires annealed and unannealed were discussed. The influence of tension stress and annealing on the degree of orientation of domain structure was analyzed.
