An Analysis about Village Authority Structure and Village Administration in Transition Period

转型时期乡村社会中的权威结构比较复杂,存在着公权力下的权威和自然"生长"的权威以及特定背景中的权威并存的现象,它们彼此之间相互博弈。面对转型期乡村权威结构的现状,必须从完善村民自治制度入手,探索一条建设社会主义新农村的路径。

Since the adoption of reform and opening up policies, China has entered into an unprecedented fast development period. During the period of transformation, the authority structure of village society is quite complex,with the authority of public power, the authority out of natural ＂growth＂ and the authority in the specific background coexisting and competing with one another. Considering the present situation, it is argued that we must start with consummating the autonomy system of villagers, exploring the way of building a new socialist countryside.
