创建教学团队需注重师德建设,优化资源,强调学术自主和梯队建设;同时要处理教学与科研,团队与教研室的关系;准确定位,分工明确,营造文化氛围,完善管理机制。
In the process of establishing a teaching team, resources are optimized, academic independence, echelon con- struction and teachers＂ ethic construction are emphasized. In the meantime, the relations between teaching and research, be- tween team and staff room are handled. Cultural atmosphere is established and administrative mechanism is perfected with premise definition and explicit division of labor.
