摘要
目的探讨微晶磨削治疗色素沉着性瘢痕的临床疗效。方法对58例色素沉着性表浅瘢痕施以微晶磨削手术及辅助药物外涂并随访观察。一般需治疗5~8次,每次治疗间隔2~3周。根据病变部位不同使用不同功率,负压为-0.02~-0.05mpa。结果58例色素沉着性瘢痕经过微晶磨削,治愈率和有效率分别为31.02%和65.52%。结论该方方法(微晶磨削)是治疗色素沉着性浅表瘢痕有效方法。
Objective To evaluate the results of micro-dermabrasion in the treatment of hyperpigmentation superficial scar. Methods 58 patients with hyperpigmentation superficial scar were treated with micro-dermabrasion, including 10 males and 48 females. The ages of patients ranged from 5-58 years with an average age of 21.7 years. Micro-dermabrasion was performed with a interval 2-3 weeks, and a total 5-8 courses of treatment. Precise parameters were determined by superficial scar locations (Power: 1-2, Negative pressure: -0.02 -- -0. 05 MPa). Results The cure rate and response rate were 31.03% and 65.52% respectively. Conclusion Micro-dermabrasion is effective and safe for treatment of hyperpigmentation superficial scar.
