固镇县全球基金第一轮结核病控制项目实施效果评价

Evaluation on Implementation Effect of Global Fund Tuberculosis Controls Project Round 1 in Guzhen County

目的评价第一轮全球基金中国结核病控制项目在固镇县实施情况,为今后更好地控制结核病提供依据。方法按照安徽省卫生厅《安徽省第一轮全球基金结核病项目内评实施方案》要求,收集有关资料进行分析。结果DOTS覆盖率达到100%。2003年4月到2008年3月期间共发现新发涂阳病例1 197人,新涂阳病人发现任务指标完成率达109%。新涂阳病人2个月痰菌转阴率98.2%,新涂阳病人治愈率89%。综合医疗机构的转诊率97%,转诊到位率80.6%。结论项目促进了结核病防治规划的实施,保障了各项工作目标任务如期完成。

Objective To evaluate implementation effect of the first round global fund tuberculosis control project in the Guzhen County and provide basis for controlling tuberculosis still better. Method According to request of implementation plan of global fund tuberculosis project round 1 formulated by Anhui provincial health department, data were collected and analyzed. Results The DOTS coverage rate reached 100%. 1197 cases were discovered during the period from April, 2003 to March, 2008. Completion rate of newly smear positive cases was 109%. Rate of sputum from positive to negative within two months was 98.2%. Cure rate of the newly smear positive cases was 89%. Transfer treatment rate of comprehensive hospitals was 97%. Implementation rate of the transfer treatment was 80.6%. Conclusions The project promoted implementation of tuberculosis control program and guaranteed realization of the control indicators.
