住宅居室容积趋势分析及现状调查

Analysis of Room Volume Trends of Dwelling House

目的了解目前居室容积变化趋势及现状,为《住宅居室容积卫生标准》的修订提供依据。方法收集5市近5年居室容积监测数据,选择不同类型居室进行居室容积的现场监测。结果2004年至2008年居室内人均面积37.95m2,人均容积100.89m3。城市办公室办公人员每人平均占有室内容积51.85m3,城市居民人均使用面积与容积分别为27.91m2、75.59m3,乡镇居民人均使用面积与容积分别为23.74m2、72.74m3。结论随着经济社会发展,目前住宅居室容积已大于《住宅居室卫生标准》。《住宅居室卫生标准》应及时修订。

Objective To understand the change trends of the present room volume of dwelling house and provide an evidence for revising the＂ Hygienic standard for room volume of dwelling house＂. Methods In the past five years room volume of dwelling house monitoring data from 5 cities were collected and different types of houses were selected for on - site monitoring room volume of dwelling house. Results Monitoring results of room volume of dwelling house in different houses showed that the total mean of per capita area got the degree of 37.95m^2 from 2004 to 2008. The mean degree of the average per capita space was 51.85m^3 in city offices, and the mean degrees of per capita area and per capita space in urban house were 27.91m^2 and 75.59m^3 respectively, while the value from rural population in the town were 23.74m^2 and 72.74m^3 separately. Conclusion The results of the investigation provide a basis for the revision of the hygienic standard for room volume of dwelling house.
