广东省在校高中及大学生性行为及影响因素分析

Study on Sex Behaviors and Associated Factors among High School Students and College Students in Guangdong Province

目的了解广东省在校高中生及大学生性行为发生情况及相关影响因素,为制定适合在校青少年的艾滋病健康教育和行为干预措施提供依据。方法采取多阶段整群抽样的方法抽取广东省21个县区的高中及大学在校学生15 971名,采用自填式问卷调查的方式进行调查。结果本次共调查15971人。其中男性占47.2%;女性占49.8%,平均年龄17.7岁。艾滋病知识的知晓率为47.8%(7 627/15971)。7.0%(1114/15 856)的学生有过性行为,高中生和大学生的性行为发生率分别为6.3%和10.6%(2χ=59.3,P<0.01)。职业高中和大学生、男性、高年龄组、母亲文化程度高、家庭人均收入高、知晓艾滋病知识以及药物滥用史,和性行为发生正相关,学生的自评成绩好是性行为发生的保护性因素。结论广东省在校青少年性行为发生率较高,尤其是职业高中学生和大学生。应重点加强职业高中和大学的艾滋病健康教育和行为干预,尤其是高年龄组男生和成绩较差的学生,同时要结合预防毒品教育与性教育。

Objective To study the sex behaviors and associated factors among students in high schools and colleges in Guangdong Province in order to provide scientific basis for making health education and behaviors intervention strategies among youth. Methods Stratified cluster sampling was used to enroll 15 971 students from high schools and colleges in 21 counties in Guangdong Province. Serf - administered standard questionnaires were used to collect the information on sex behaviors and related factors among youth. Results In total 15 971 students were enrolled. Males accounted for 47.2% and females accounted for 49.8%. The mean age was 17.7 years old. The proportion who understood the HIT/AIDS related knowledge was 47.8% （ 7 627/15 971 ）. The proportion who had sexual intercourse was 7.0% （ 1 114/15 856 ） and it was 6.3% and 10.6% among high school students and college students respectively （Х^2 = 59. 3, P 〈 0.01 ）. The factors associated with having sex experience were vocational school students, college students, being male, older age group, mother＇s education level, family income, knowing HIV/AIDS related knowledge and history of drug use. Higher grade in school work was protective factor associated with sexual experience. Conclusions The proportion of students who had sexual experience was high in high school and colleges in Guangdong Province , especially in vocational school and college students. HIT/ AIDS related health education and behavior intervention programs should be strengthened in vocational schools and colleges especially for older male students and those who did poorly in school work and drug - useing prevention and sex education should be combined effectively.
