摘要 1000 kV交流特高压长治变电站110 kV并联电容器组具备容量大、电压等级高等特点,为了确保装置安全运行的要求,针对并联电容器组运行时产生操作过电压以及不平衡保护误动的现象,采用了双重操作过电压保护即防重燃的高性能断路器和过压阻尼装置并配合使用双桥差不平衡电流保护等技术创新措施,从而有效的抑制了上述问题的产生,并在文章最后提出了在运行维护中需注意的问题。 The 110 kV shunt capacitor banks in station characterized in large capacity and high vq and aiming to the phenomena of switching overv Changzhi 1 000 kV UHV(Ultra-high Voltage) suboltage. Making sure the safe operation of the device oltage and unbalance protection malfunction, some technical innovation measures were used such as double switching overvoltage protection (using low restriking circuit breaker and over damping device ) and double differential current bridges. The result shows that the above problems are effectively restricted when shunt capacitor banks are running normally. Finally, the paper makes an additional description of the installation in operation and maintenance issues that need attention.
