提高电网的供电质量,降低线损是县级电网的主要目标。安装无功补偿电容器是降低线路损失、提高电网的输送能力、减少线路电压降、改善末端电压质量、增加设备出力的有效措施。根据县级电网的特点,对县级电网进行合理的无功补偿方式和无功补偿容量配置。在此主要阐述了电网无功补偿规划的必要性、目的和无功补偿的合理配置原则,以及如何进行无功补偿。
The essential creasing line loss. It w target in county level electric network is to increasing supply quality and deas thought as an effective measure to install reactive power compensation (RPC) devices in such network to increase the transmission and improve line end voltage quality. According to the county this paper introduces the reasonable RPC modes and capacity capacity, decrease line voltage drops level electric network characteristics, allocation in such network including the necessity and purpose of reactive power compensation planning, the location and compensation methods.
