市售鸡肉中金黄色葡萄球菌的分离及耐药性分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的调查市售鸡肉中金黄色葡萄球菌的污染情况和耐药情况,以了解食用鸡肉的安全性并为有效控制金黄色葡萄球菌危害提供依据。方法从雅安各大市场收集了197份新鲜鸡肉的胴体表面涂搽棉球,增菌培养后通过菌落形态、染色特性、生化试验,用药敏纸片法测定了8株金黄色葡萄球菌对17种抗生素的体外敏感性。结果从中共分离出8株金黄色葡萄球菌,分离率为4%。8株菌(100%)均对四环素、红霉素、氟哌酸、复方新诺明、杆菌肽、链霉素、罗红霉素耐药;8株菌(100%)均对阿米卡星、先锋V、庆大霉素、多粘菌素B、卡那霉素、利福平、氯霉素敏感;6株菌(75%)对新霉素敏感;2株菌(25%)对恩诺沙星敏感;7株菌(87.5%)对痢特灵敏感。结论鸡肉中金黄色葡萄球菌具有多重耐药性。 Objective To explore the contamination and drug resistance of sold chicken, to understand the safety of chicken and provide a basis for contro ling the danger of Staphylococcus aureu effectively. Methods A total of 197 smear cotton balls from fresh chicken in Yaan market were collected. After enrichment culture, 8 strains of Staphylococcus aureus were isolated and identified by colonial morphology, dyeing characteristics, biochemistry test. In drug susceptibility tests 17 kinds of antibiotics were used. Results Isolated ratio was 4%. All of the eight strains( 100% ) were resistant to tetracycline, erythromycin, fupaisuan, sinomin compositea, bacitracin, streptomycin, roxithromycin, and all( 100% ) were sensitive to amikacin, cefazolin sodium, gentamycin, polymyxin B, rifampicin, kanamycin, chloramphenicol. Six strains(75% ) were sensitive to neomycin, two strains (25%) were sensitive to enrofloxacin, and seven strains (87.5%) were sensitive toliteling. Conclusion Staphylococcus aureusin in chicken have mang kinds of drug susceptibility.
