摘要
介绍了国外采用数值模拟研究电助熔对马蹄焰熔窑火焰空间热交换的作用。电助熔在一定程度上影响火焰空间的温度场,改变窑池内玻璃液的流动和热交换,能达到减少火焰空间砌体的热应力、降低熔制玻璃的单位耗热量和在不扩大熔化池面积的前提下增加熔窑的出料量的目的。
The numerical simulation study abroad on effects of electric boosting on heat exchange in flame space of end port furnace was reviewed. Electric boosting exerts an influence to a certain extent on temperature distribution in flame space, glass flow and heat exchange in tank furnace and thereby reduces heat stress in superstructure, reduces unit heat consumption and increases pull rate.
