高校职业指导模式存在的问题及改革--兼论高校职业指导工作的有效性 被引量:24

摘要 据教育部统计,2009年全国高校毕业生规模达到611万。面对严峻的就业形势,高校毕业生职业指导多强调国家的利益和社会的需要,教导毕业生调整择业心态,"先就业后择业",对于毕业生找到的工作是否适合自己却关注较少。这种职业指导理念违背了大学"以人为本"的教育使命,致使大学生就业后工作稳定性差、工作满足感低、跳槽频繁,造成人力资本的极大浪费。为此,高校要树立"为学生职业生涯发展负责"的新理念,不仅要注重毕业生就业率,还要关注学生职业的长远发展,建立"指导理念人性化、指导过程全程化、指导人员专家化、服务流程系统化、职业指导个性化、管理工作信息化"的职业指导新模式。 According to the statistic data of the Ministry of Education, the number ot national college graduates have been arrived at 6, 110,000 by the year 2009. Facing this severe employment situation, colleges should emphasize national interests and the social needs in career guidance for graduates, teach graduates to adjust their career-chosen mentality, "select career after being employed", but pay less attention to if the jobs are suitable for graduates. This kind of career guiding philosophy violates the "human-oriented" educational mission, causes poor stability after employment, low job satisfaction, frequent switch and great waste of human capital. For this reason, colleges and universities need to update the concept of career guidance, establish an idea of "in charge of career development of students". We should not only pay attention to the employment rate of graduates, but also care long-term development of students' career. A new career guidance model should be established, which is based on "humanization in guidance concept, systematic service process, personalized perfection in guidance process, career guidance, and information specialization of instructors, technology in management".
