Construction of a Modern Credit System of Enterprises in China

中国现在处在的是一个历史性的制度变迁与建立过程,社会信用制度的建立是其中一个重要制度,而现代企业信用制度又是其中可行的一个方面。研究中国现代企业信用制度的构建问题有十分重要的现实意义。为此,我们探讨了建立这一制度的必要性,并对这一制度的具体设计问题进行了浅要的构想。

China is now in a historic process of institutional transition,while setting up a social credit system is one of the most important section.A modern credit system of enterprises is a feasible way in that.So a study on the construction of a modern system of enterprise in＇ China is of great practical significance.In this article,we discussed the need to set up the system and also some specific issues on the design of it.
