摘要
当前,随着世界市场竞争的加剧和经营环境的日益复杂化,客户已成为企业求得生存、赢得竞争最有力的战略武器。而中小企业对客户资源的管理意识和应用却具有一定的盲目性。文章针对中小企业的现状和实际需求,研究客户关系管理(CRM)在中小企业的实际应用,分析了CRM实施的意义,重点探讨了CRM项目在中小企业实施的步骤,并就系统应用方面提出了几点建议。
Nowadays, With the exacerbation of the competition and the environment of marker competition is complex on the up-and-up, the customer has become the most powerful strategic weapon to survive and win in the international competition. This article mainly studies CRM in the small and medium-sized enterprise practical application, in view of the small and medium-sized enterprise present situation and the physical demand, has analyzed the CRM implementation significance, has discussed the CRM project with emphasis in the small and medium-sized enterprise implementation step, and put forward several proposals on the system application aspect.
