师资队伍结构与建设是国家示范性高等职业院校建设中的重要组成部分,它关系到国家示范性高等职业院校建设的效果和成败。国家示范性高等职业院校建设院校师资队伍的专兼结构、知识结构、职称结构、学历结构、梯队结构不合理,教学团队尚不具备集体攻关的能力是亟待破解的难题。而立足长远、科学规划;实施名师战略,整体提高;广开渠道,扩大兼职教师比例;建立教师深入企业积累实践经验的长效机制;务求实效,去掉花瓶效应,不搞面子工程乃是取得国家示范性高等职业院校师资队伍建设成功的必由之路。

In building national model vocational colleges, appeared many questions such as the knowledge structure, title structure, educational structure, echelon structure of the teachers are irrational, and the teaching team does not have the collective ability to tackle key problems to be solved. We should have scientific planning, implement strategies for teachers, and increase in open channels, expand the proportion of part-time teachers, set up long-term mechanism that teachers join the enterprises deeply for accumulation of practical experience, remove the flower effect, not to engage in face-saving projects, only in this way, can we succeed in building national model vocational colleges
