As the definite periodic publication, the major function of magazines on science and technology is to spread innovation knowledge and improve productivity. According to the magazine＇s duty, the editors must be provided with scientific culture of doubtful sense, critical reason, solidarity attitude and superior thoughts. The question about scientific culture of the editors are discussed in this paper.
