做好高职高专毕业班毕业生的思想教育和心理健康教育工作,保障他们较高的就业率,是构建和谐社会环境,以求稳定发展的一项重要工作。以就业为导向,把稳定学生的情绪、培养学生的综合素质与能力和指导就业等三方面结合起来是做好高职高专毕业班班主任工作的关键。

Doing a good job for the graduates in their ideological and psychological heahh,and ensuring their relatively high employment rate are an important task for building a harmonions social environment in order to keep our society developing steadily. The key for doing the job lies in employment orientation and combining the following three aspects： stabilizing the students＇ mood, festering the students＇ comprehensive quality and capacity, and guiding employment for them.
