介绍了集合住宅的产生及背景,阐述了建国后中国城市住宅建设经过的四个阶段及各时期住宅建设的特征,并对中国城市集合住宅历史发展作了总结,通过观注集合住宅的变化,从而对未来的住宅设计有重大的意义。
The origin and background of congregated house were introduced. Four steps of after building Chinese urban residential construction and residential construction characteristics of respective periods were illustrated, and the history development of Chinese urban congregated house was generalized, by regarding congregated house change, which was significance to future residential design.
