以青岛市市北区东部城区综合整治工程的实际项目为例,运用定性的研究方法,在工程监理、项目管理范围、时间、成本、质量等方面做了深入分析比较,进而对工程监理与项目管理的接轨进行了有益探讨,以促进建筑业发展。

Taking practice project of comprehensive control engineering in eastern city in the north area in Qingdao as example, using qualitative study method, and the engineering supervision, project management range, time, cost and quality were analyzed and cc^mpared deeply, so as to discuss the joint track of engineering supervision and project management, to promote the development of construction industry.
