针对屋面防水的重要性,分析了当前屋面防水存在的主要问题,分别从设计、施工和材料三个方面对屋面防水工程质量控制进行了阐述,以使建筑物具有良好的防水和使用功能,保证其合理使用年限。

Aiming at the necessity of roof waterproof, the paper analyzes the main problems in roof waterproof, illustrates the quality control of the roof waterproof project from three aspects, the design, the construction and the materials, so as to make the building have better waterproof function and utility and ensure the reasonable usage periods.
