分析了房地产企业财务风险的特点,提出了控制房地产企业财务风险的措施,指出房地产集团为提高经营效益,降低经营风险、确保财务安全,应在集团内实施财务集中控制,财务指标考核是预防财务风险的有效措施。
The author analyzes the characteristics of the financial risk of real estate enterprise, provides measures of controlling the financial risk of real estate enterprise, points out that the real estate group need implement financial concentrated control to improve operation benefit, decrease operation risk and ensure financial safety, and the financial index is effective measures for prevention of financial risk.
