摘要
结合建筑工程行业招投标制度的发展,就工程投标中出现的几种不正当行为进行了探讨,提出了招标人在招标阶段的应对措施,以保证工程质量,提高投资效益,促进建筑工程市场的健康发展。
Combined with system development of inviting and submitting tenders in building industry, several unfair behaviors occurred in engineering tender were discussed and the bidder＇ s replying measures during tenders inviting stage were proposed, so as to make sure engineering quality, enhance investment efficiency and promote construction engineering market development healthy.
