摘要
目的分析高原山区每项血防措施的单位成本,为科学配置血防资源提供依据。方法选择云南山丘型血吸虫病疫区中的高原平坝型(坝区)和高原峡谷型(山区)各1个村,应用现场调查方法,统计每项防治措施的单位成本。结果查螺、灭螺、IHA查病、粪检查病、化疗、牛查病、牛化疗、健康教育的单位成本,坝区分别为99元/hm2、3 105元/hm2、2.17元(次/人)、5.39元(次/人)、5.06元(次/人)、4.48元(次/头)、11.33元(次/头)、0.60元(次/人);山区分别129元/hm2、3 438元/hm2、2.86元(次/人)、6.88元(次/人)、6.43元(次/人)、7.25元(次/头)、13.00元(次/头)、1.52元(次/人)。成本校验显示计算成本比实际成本高81.85万元,误差为22.47%。结论在配置血防资源时,应充分考虑不同疫区防治工作的难易程度,根据防治措施单位成本的不同分配血防资金。
Objective To study the unit cost of each schistosomiasis control measure in mountainous areas, so as to provide evidence for scientific resource allocation of schistosomiasis control. Method Two villages from dam areas and mountainous areas in Yunnan Province respectively were selected, and the unit cost of each schistosomiasis control measure was calculated. Result For snail survey, snail eradication, IHA examiniation, fecal examination, chemotherapy, cattle examination, cattle chemotherapy and health education, the cost in dam areas were 99 Yuan/hm^2, 3 105 Yuan/hm^2, 2. 17 Yuan(per person each time), 5.39 Yuan ( per person each time), 5.06 Yuan ( per person each time), 4. 48 Yuan ( per capita each time), 11.33 Yuan(per capita each time), 0. 60 Yuan (per person each time), respectively, and in mountainous areas were 129 Yuan/hm^2, 3 438 Yuan/hm^2, 2. 86 Yuan (per person each time), 6. 88Yuan (per person each time), 6.43 Yuan(per person each time), 7.25 Yuan(per capita each time), 13 Yuan (per capita each time), 1.52 Yuan( per person each time). Cost verify showed that the calculated cost was 818.5 thousand Yuan higher than the actual cost, and the error was 22. 47%. Conclusion The difficult degree of control work in different endemic areas should be concerned in the resource allocation of schistosomiasis control and the capital should be distributed according to the unit cost of each measure.
